Bobbi Howe, CRS, is the COO for RE/MAX Regional Services, serving 240 offices in 7 states, and a second-generation real estate professional with over 24 years of experience. She was the 2021 president of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® and serves as the treasurer-elect for Missouri REALTORS®. She has served on the National Association of REALTORS® Executive Committee and as the chair of the Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee and Young Professionals Network. Brittany Wrenn is vice president of agent development at Coldwell Banker Realty in Oak Brook, Ill. She assists agents with business planning and strategy, coaching and education, and development. In addition, she is passionate about reducing the amount of burnout in real estate and increasing the industry retention rate, along with long-term career happiness. She is the founder of Beyond the Sale, which provides resources to real estate professionals that support their physical, emotional and mental well-being as they build and maintain their career.
