Since 2006, NAR has recognized more than 700 commercial members with the annual National Commercial Award. This program honors REALTORS® who received an award or recognition for their exceptional service and contributions to the commercial real estate industry. Nominees are considered based on an award or recognition from one of the following:
- Local/State REALTOR® Association
- NAR affiliated Institute, Society or Council
- Community organization
- Real estate company
- Industry Publication

Nomination Procedure:
The nomination form for the 2022 National Commercial Awards is now closed. The nomination form will re-open in Fall 2023.
The nomination form for the National Commercial Awards is open annually from September 1 to October 1. Nominees must be a REALTOR® member; Institute Affiliate Members are not eligible. Nominations must be submitted by REALTOR® Association Staff. Only one submission per REALTOR® Association will be accepted.
