REALTORS® M1, or Members First, is a powerful member information engagement platform, intended to be the single source of truth for clean, accurate, and actionable member data. The goal of REALTORS® M1 is to improve the user experience, meet association needs for member data management, and ultimately elevate member productivity.
The first of many modernization efforts, REALTORS® M1 is supported by NAR Leadership, and led by Senior Vice President John Pierpoint, and Vice President of Information Technology, Faisal Ghauri. The project team collaborated with Association Executives, Association Staff, MLSs, AMSs, NAR Staff and many others to build a nimble and flexible system for 2022 and beyond.
