The first two days of the seminar both begin at 8 a.m. and conclude at 5 p.m.
An hour reception immediately follows the close of the second day to allow participants from across the country to discuss common concerns and network with professional mediators.
The third day begins at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at noon, allowing individuals to travel home that afternoon.
The seminar is led by Northwestern University Law School's Lynn Cohn. The seminar is an intensive, two-and-a-half day learning experience designed to enhance and refine existing mediation skills. The seminar features a full day of three-person mediation simulations guided by individual mediation coaches, and includes instruction and comprehensive support materials enabling participants to serve as mediators and ombuds for the state and local associations and to share the techniques, skills, and expertise they gain with other REALTORS® and association executives.
